 The Capuchin Fraternity of Aotearoa New Zealand was founded in 1958 at the invitation of the late Cardinal McKeefry. Two friars, Br. Matthias Murphy OFM Cap. and Br. Agathangelus Herlihy OFM Cap. Came to New Zealand and took up residence in Wellington. Br.

Order of Secular Franciscans

O.F.S or Oder of Secular Franiciscans is another field where we work. 

The Secular Franciscan Order is one of three Orders in the Catholic Church which were founded by St. Francis of Assisi. It is the Order for lay people. (The other Orders are the Friars Minor and the Poor Clare Sisters.)
